– lead, develop, direct and organize primary electrical engineering design of T&D projects.
-coordinate and execute all engineering disciplines for medium -voltage and high-voltage substation projects
including both Air Insulated Switchgears (AIS) and Gas Insulated Switchgears (GIS) projects in the 22-500
kV range. Responsible for project safety, cost, quality and reliability. Coordinate engineering activities
during proposal, design and construction.
Design & Development:
a) Leadership: Lead team of electrical engineers and designers for preparation of Engineering Log
b) Knowledge: Responsible for the technical execution of the project right from award of the
contract till completion in all aspects related to team organization, codes/standard compliance,
Specs adherence etc.
c) Monitoring and Quality: Plan, monitor, control and adjust project pertaining to deadlines,
progress, results, quality and scope.
d) Coordination: Manage day to day inter-disciplinary communication between teams and other
discipline engineers (Project Manager ,Supply Chain, ….etc)
e) Support: Support section manager in reviewing all technical documents, client communication
and project management issues.

a) Contracts: Understand, monitor and accurately execute contracts / RFP’s in relation to
deliverable and scope.
b) Timeline and Scope: Ensure compliance with deadlines and allocated budgets for team and
partner.
