Executive Assistant Manager – Luxury Properties

Our Client is a formidable short term rental accommodation provider in the luxury Real Estate market.

In operation for just over a year, their portfolio has shown tremendous growth and are continuing to expand.

As a result of their expansion and to increase their team, we are seeking an Executive Assistant Manager – Director of Rooms to join the team.

Key role – To ensure smooth operations of guest services, valet services, concierge and uniformed services, housekeeping, laundry and communications in an attentive, friendly and courteous manner. Overall responsible for providing guests with quality service while maximizing room revenue.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate organisational and administrative functions in all areas of the rooms division.

• Ensure total compliance with standards of operation.

• Ensure staff are maintained at appropriate levels to match business demands.

• Establish monthly reporting systems

• Closely monitor the financial performance of all departments

• Establish and implement Standard Operating Procedures

• Research and establish strategic alliances

• Conduct frequent property inspections

• Gain knowledge of market trends and competitor innovation

• Ensure guest security and privacy

• Identify staff training needs

• Handle customer complaints and take effective action

• Bachelors Degree in Hotel Administration or equivalent

• Minimum 3 to 5 year’s experience in the UAE at senior level

• Possess excellent leadership, customer service and communication skills

• A strong team player

• Excellent skills in MS office

• Attention to detail

• Excellent time management and organisational skills
