Charterhouse is working with a prestigious luxury brand who is looking to hire an Executive Assistant (Italian speaking) to support their General Manager to cover leave from July 2019 – Feb 2020.
You will be responsible for the complete diary and itinerary management for the GM as well as document translation and write-ups. This role will also be responsible for supporting the wider business as required which will often include but will not be limited to supporting HR with administration of new staff and visa requirements. In addition, you will submit company expenses to finance, organise VIP events across the UAE utilising only the most luxurious spots in Dubai, coordinate staff training and meetings across multiple site locations and arrange staff team building events. Using your initiative, you will support and manage issues across the business within the GCC region.
The successful candidate should be a fluent Italian speaker with previous experience supporting at C-Level within the UAE. You should also be presentable at all times with a positive attitude. A visa will be issued for the duration of this contract.
